Ducking And Weaving

When I’m stuck in a traffic jam in my car I envy cyclists who go whizzing by ducking and weaving through cars. On today’s program my guest is James Winderlich. He often rides to work on his bike and says that as he ducks and weaves through traffic, while it’s foolish to be reckless, he rides only with a sense of what is ahead of him. There’s no time to be concerned about what he might have left behind. He then goes on to compare riding a bike with the way we live our lives.

Feeling Good Inside

Looking Forward Looking Back

2009 is over. Many of us will have already begun reminiscing on the year that was. And resolutions for a better year in 2010 will soon be coming thick and fast. I wonder though how many of us really believe that the resolutions we make are possible. Often they get swept away as the year goes on and we lose faith in ever being able to stick to our dreams. Our guest today Trevor Keller believes that you can look forward with confidence, no matter what kind of a year you’ve had in 2009.

The best part of Christmas is the gift

Christmas Day has come and gone and it's our last programfor this year. Someone once said, "The best part of Christmas is the gift." What do you think they meant? I'll be back in a moment to talk about this special Christmas gift.

What does love mean?

A group of 4 to 8 year olds were asked the question: “What does love mean?” As you can imagine, there were a wide variety of humorous answers. But one stood out as insightful. “Love is what’s in the room with you at Christmas, if you stop opening presents, and listen.” Stay with us as my guest Trevor Keller explores the true meaning of love.

The ROY of Christmas

Are you worn out from Christmas preparations? Perhaps you’re worried about the family gatherings and whether everyone will get along this year? Have you lost the joy of Christmas? Well perhaps you need some ROY! Today on Face to Face my guest James Winderlich will be telling the true story of Roy. Roy didn’t shun the commercialisation of Christmas and he didn’t need the hype to get excited about it He was simply too busy with Joy to be bothered with the empty trappings and trimmings. So where did he find this joy and what did it look like? James will be with us shortly.
